I just finished editing my last documentary about the 70th anniversary of the
liquidation of the ghetto Biecz (village located 80km from Krakow Poland) August
21, 2012
A twenty descendants of Jewish family Biecz from France, Israel, Australia,
the USA meet to celebrate the memory of their loved Biecz is a pretty old
town of about 5000 inhabitants situated in south eastern Poland
Before the Second World War, the Jewish community accounted for almost
20% of the population
Between 1939 and 1942: The Jews of Nazi barbarism Biecz undergo Humiliation,
forced labor, Ghetto, killings, deportations ….August 14, 1942: last day of
the existence of the Jewish community Biecz
